The East St Tammany Marketing Analysis has a multitude of information any seller or Realtor needs to research and understand the type of market your home may be selling in.

The report begins by relaying the amount of sales pending, and listings that are still active and for sale.   The pending and active sales are then broken down in a chart titled “Number  of Lisitngs For Sale vs Pending Contract”.  This chart breaks down homes by price range increments of $50,000 to better understand what a home of your value sits.

The Next Chart is “Number Sold vs.  Off Market (last 6 months)”.  This chart demonstrates the Sold listings verses what went off the market as unsold.  This chart too, is in 50k increments.

The next page of the report dictates the median days on the market or DOM (Days on Market).  This is a useful measurement because it can help us to determine whether we are in a Buyer’s Market (indicated by a high DOM) or a Seller’s Market (with a low DOM).


Analysis of sold properties in the last 6 months allows us or you to determine how long your home may be active on the market.
