Why We’re Not a Fan

Lots of consumers use websites like Zillow and Realtor.com because they don’t realize they have a better alternative.

Realtor.com and Zillow.com are not real estate brokerages. They’re basically just websites. The reason we’re not a fan of them is because real estate agents have to pay to get info on Zillow, because Zillow created this website with all this data that is not accurate. That’s the thing that frustrates realtors – that info is being provided to consumers by a third party site that doesn’t usually have the most up-to-date information.
