Once a property goes under contract, Turner Real Estate Group has a closing department that manages it from contract-to-close. The Closing Processor guides the home owners through inspections, appraisals, and ultimately to closing.
Both the Listings Manager and Closing Processor are in the office full-time Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 for clients’ convenience. Turner also has an Executive Assistant that works with him on the extensive marketing and social media updating done by the company.
There is also a buyer agent division with 6 realtors that only work with buyers. Turner focuses on the listing side of the business, while his home buyer specialists help clients find their dream home.
Turner explains his system best by comparing it to going to the airport and seeing the pilot out working on the airplane, and then going into the plane and offering passengers something to eat, all while trying to fly the plane. There is no way he could do it all; he would be spreading himself too thin.
