The answer is this – our brokerage fee varies depending on the individual circumstances involved, so it’s on a case-by-case basis. Also, listing agreements are required to have a beginning and an end. We choose to do ours for 3 months. However, our clients are not locked in for that duration of time. Should they need to cancel the agreement and withdraw their listing, they can cancel anytime for any reason whatsoever.
